Job Position: Sr. Associate- Health and CSR
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹4.00 – ₹5.50 LPA (Depending on the relevant Experience)

Position Overview

The person will be responsible for the overall development and healthcare interventions designed to build healthier, more resilient lives of women. The role requires strong experience in government coordination, CSR program management, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, research, monitoring, and strategic partnerships. The candidate will work closely with district officials, corporate CSR teams, development partners, and implementation agencies to drive sustainable and scalable interventions across the state.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government Department Coordination

• Work closely with government officials, NGOs, Police department, district officials to support the planning and implementation of CSR-supported initiatives.
• Facilitate coordination between government departments, district administrations, corporate partners, and implementing agencies.
• Organize review meetings, consultations, follow-ups, and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure project activities are aligned with departmental priorities, government schemes, and policy objectives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action trackers, and follow-up reports.

2. CSR Program Management

• Support end-to-end management of CSR projects focused on women empowerment, child welfare, nutrition, adolescent development, early childhood care, gender sensitiveness, women rights, gender equality and community development.
• Coordinate planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of CSR-funded interventions.
• Develop annual work plans, implementation schedules, and project monitoring frameworks.
• Ensure timely execution of project milestones while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

3. Proposal Development & Strategic Support

• Prepare concept notes, project proposals, presentations, budgets, and implementation plans for CSR partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration between government priorities and corporate CSR initiatives.
• Conduct need assessments, sector mapping, and feasibility studies for new interventions.
• Support resource mobilization and partnership development for women and child-focused programs.

4. Research, Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Conduct secondary research and policy analysis related to women empowerment, child development, nutrition, maternal health, gender equality, and social protection.
• Prepare technical reports, policy briefs, knowledge papers, presentations, and analytical documents.
• Document best practices, innovations, case studies, beneficiary success stories, and impact narratives.
• Develop communication materials and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, corporate CSR teams, development agencies, NGOs, organizations, police stations, District administrations, and community-based organizations.
• Represent BharatCares during departmental meetings, CSR consultations, workshops, conferences, and review forums.
• Coordinate with district officials, ICDS teams, Child Protection Units, women collectives, and partner organizations.
• Strengthen partnerships for effective implementation and long-term sustainability.

6. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Monitor project implementation against defined KPIs, donor commitments, and government objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits to review implementation quality and assess project outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and progress trackers for management and government review.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports for corporate and government stakeholders.
• Support baseline studies, midline assessments, endline evaluations, and impact assessments.

7. Capacity Building & Training

• Coordinate and support training and capacity building programs for women beneficiaries and community institutions.
• Organize skill-building, leadership, life skills, health, and personal development training.
• Support development and dissemination of training materials and learning resources.
• Strengthen capacities of women in prison and community leaders for sustainable project outcomes.

8. Data Analysis & MIS

• Maintain project databases and ensure accurate documentation of program activities.
• Analyze project data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, utilization certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Support data visualization and reporting for departmental reviews.

9. Strategic Initiatives

• Support the CSR Facilitation Cell in identifying opportunities for partnerships in women and child development.
• Contribute to the design of innovative CSR interventions aligned with government priorities.
• Support policy discussions, strategic planning, and special initiatives undertaken by the department.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project Lead, Department Heads, or BharatCares management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Public Policy, Rural Development, Development Studies, Sociology, Gender Studies, Child Development, Public Administration, MBA, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in CSR program management, women empowerment, child development, nutrition, maternal and child health, gender programs, or social sector initiatives.
• Experience working with government departments, CSR foundations, NGOs, or donor-funded projects will be preferred.
• Experience in proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, project management, and monitoring is highly desirable.
